The hubby and I are now under contract! We just scheduled our inspection and meeting with our broker next week to get all our paperwork in and pay for an appraisal. The seller has agreed to pay for the closing costs and we have our down payment.
Does anyone know of any other unexpected fees we may get? I know that we may need to get another inspection if anything needs to be fixed. But Is there anything else that we are missing?
