Thinking of selling our house
DH and I are thinking about putting our house on the market in the next year or two. We have done several upgrades since we bought our house in 2007. Does it cost anything to list your house with a real estate company and would a real estate agent come out and appriase our house and tell us what we should do to make our house more market ready? Ditto PP. Also, some people pay a home inspector to do an inspection prior to listing the house. That way you can find any large problems that could jeopardize a sale later.
Not everyone does it. Just letting you know it's an option.
