Planned Eating/Exercise for Friday

TGIF Ladies! And happy Easter weekend!

E: 60min XT

B: Banana, wg white bread w/ sunflower seed butter, decaf coffee w/nonfat nondairy creamer

L: Top Chef grilled veggie steamer thingy

S: Blackberries and unsweetened almond milk

D: Pancake dinner! Last Friday of Lent.

  • B: WW bagel, mini babybel, strawberries, coffee w/ cream

    L: Quinoa, black bean, corn salad over spinach w/ lemon vinagerette, banana

    D: Lemon brown sugar chicken, potato wedges, roasted broccoli

    S: yogurt, apple

    E: 60 minute cardio video, cleaning 

  • B: Kashi heart to heart and Life in 1% milk; coffee w/ milk and sugar

    L: Minestrone

    S: Odwalla bar

    D: Leftover salsa chicken, black beans, lime cilantro rice

    E: Taking advantage of the gorgeous weather and going on a bike ride!

    And most certainly a couple of beers tonight.  :)

  • B: frosted mini wheats w/ 1% milk, coffee

    L: salad with roasted asparagus, hard boiled egg, crumbled bacon, toasted hazelnuts and homemade dijon vinaigrette

    S: plain 0% greek yogurt with banana, and I'll probably sprinkle it with cinnamon and honey

    E: c25k (W6D2)

    D: shrimp tacos or quesadillas, white wine

     

  • 3 mile run before work hot flow yoga after work 
  • B - coffee w/ milk + fruit, later some oatmeal

    S - maybe nothing, or a Kind bar

    L - Salad + protein of some sort, Greek yogurt

    S - cashews

    D - Grilled chicken + veggies

    E - May do my long run today, if it's not raining. So, either 7 or 9 miles.Arms + abs + a ton of foam rolling.

  • B: one egg on ww toast, coffee w/creamer

    S: Greek yogurt

    L: pb&j on thin, string cheese and pretzels

    S2: banana

    D: don't know yet...hopefully out! Smile

    L: 1.25 slices leftover pizza w/extra cheese and sundried tomatos, Chobani Raspberry Greek yogurt (little heavy on the dairy....)

    D: No clue, probably eating out

    E: None, day off.

    E: Ripped in 30 (level 4), after DH finishes breakfast I will run to the track to do a few mile repeats 

    L: egg salad and spinach on pumpernickel, strawberries

    S: salad with feta, hummus, and pretzels

    D: spinach & feta sausage, Greek quinoa salad 

    S2: animal crackers and-or apple if needed

    B: Starbucks nonfat cinnamon dulce latte w/ whip and petite vanilla scones (while I waited 30 minutes after my fluoride treatment, I'm pretty sure I negated my trip to the dentistStick out tongue)

    E: easy 2 mile run

    L: Salad w/ romaine lettuce, walnuts, goat cheese crumbles, and champagne pear vinaigrette dressing

    S: greek yogurt w/ granola

    D: Going out to dinner w/ DH in Georgetown; some type of seafood

  • B: Glass of Pedialyte (I'm sooo dehydrated! I powered thru more than a gallon of water yesterday and I still feel like crap!), 1/3 banana (to help absorb the pedialyte). Tea w/ almond milk, WW toast w/ coconut oil + jam

    L: 1/2 serving TJ's vegan pad thai, 1C stir fry veggies, Apple

    D: Big salad, WW toast 

    S1: Cinnamon Graham Crackers or Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie

    S2: Probiotic Yogurt

    E: 1M Run, Power walk 2-3 M (knee pain)
