I've been MIA for a bit. Thanks to my work having internet problems and the nest being blocked now, BOO!!! I am cleaning up around the house and am very amazed at how much Lucas already owns. It's crazy!

Yeah it is insane how much "stuff" they have! I have hand me downs for Ella up through like 4 t and no idea where to put it all!

That is awesome! We are good on that stuff too now that I think about it.
Lucas loves bathtime. He does this new thing where he kicks his feet so hard his butt comes up off the tub and he slides down. Then he enjoys laying in the water. I think we have a dolphin on our hands!
I ate THE BIGGEST piece of lemon blueberry cake that I've ever seen for breakfast this morning! It was put in what looks like a shoebox b/c it wouldn't fit in a regular single piece cake container. I couldn't finish it all but mmm it was good!
A follow up random comment to that...I wish it was socially acceptable to unbutton your pants at work when you're bloated.
Awww, Ella and Lucas are getting so big! It's nice to know people are so generous when a baby is born, I'm hoping we get a lot of stuff either hand me down or from my shower so we'll have less to buy. I've picked up some stuff from consignment and clearance sales already and baby stuff is starting to collect in the nursery closet and downstairs in the front room.
Sarah, it's perfectly acceptable to unbutton them while sitting at your desk if no one else can see or you shirt is long enough to cover it!
I'm starving today and can't stop snacking. Baby is moving around like crazy the last couple days and I love it, it is the weirdest feeling, but so much fun. I'm dying for a sub from my favorite place back home in FL, it's really bad, I can't wait to go home in June and my first stop is going to be Publix to pick up a turkey sub, and I'm going to eat it cold, forget about ruining it by heating it, I'm sure it will be fine. I just haven't found a good place here to try yet, and Subway usually sucks, I'd rather wait for a good sandwich!
Just got back from my 30 week appt. I lost 2 pounds (after not gaining during the 3 weeks prior)..I'm freaked out by this. The ob didn't seem thrilled, but not terribly concerned yet either as long as it doesn't keep up at the next appt.
I'm also tired of my mom's drama....and me being the one to feel like the bad person because I want a baby shower. It has practically caused WWIII. It's ridiculous but she has to be dramatic about everything when she doesn't like it. She's worse than a toddler with her tantrums when she isn't getting her way.
Some moms tend to be more drama llama's than most. My mom talked about how nobody was there during her surgery on her hand (an in and out procedure, which was 1.5 hours away from me)...while I was in labor at the hospital. DH wanted to smack her.
Come to Montana! I'll throw you one! No drama guaranteed!
M late, but here ya go...
Im getting rid of so much baby stuff-it's super cleansing. We are done and I love reclaiming my house!

My random-A is in 4t pjs tonight and wears 90% 3-4t clothing. Our peek made a recent guess of 6'6" for a final height...yeah, that should be entertaining on hockey skates!
