Anyone want to discuss? I feel like I missed an episode.
Where/when did Owen have a change of heart? Last I remember he was all "I'm moving out" and Christina yelled at his side piece to stop screwing her husband, then now he was all "why won't you talk to me?" Did I actually miss something? Did he just do an about face and suddenly care about fixing his marriage?
I hate stuff like the lion business. It's just so weird and dumb and unbelievable.
Re: Grey's Anatomy
I don't know when he had a change of heart but the affair just seems so desperate of the writers and uncharacteristic of Owen. I mean he had feelings for Teddy and still would not cheat on Christina when they were dating but he up and has an affair with some random now that they are married? I understand he is upset with her over the abortion and they were not doing well but not everyone cheats the moment their relationship hits a rough patch. I wish Shonda knew that since all her characters cheat.
Did you watch Scandal?
I'm currently watching it. I think that now that Owen has something to feel guilty about himself (rather than him just thinking Christina is the one wrong), he's ready to fix things. I sort of buy that he might have done it in a moment of feeling like his marriage was doomed. I don't hate the storyline at least. One I do hate? Karev falling for yet another damaged patient/colleague.

I thought Scandal was just ok. The gay soldier and the president cheating with staffer storylines seemed cliched. Mostly, I was hoping for something more like Dr. Bailey Goes to Washington with lots of kickass rants. It didn't feel like Shonda Rhimes' usual wit, and Kerry Washington seemed stiff.
I don't think the nurse that Christina yelled at was actually the mistress, just the person she suspected. I don't know. It's been so long since I've seen the last new episode.
The old couple made me sad...Why does someone ALWAYS have to die? I thought Lexi was going to go for it with Sloan. I like them together, not some random we don't even know.
The lion story line was dumb. I feel like they are running out of ideas. At least next week's episode looks good.
