Dinner Ideas

Working from home means cooking dinner is a viable option now. Also, I can match my schedule to D's, so this means lots more cooking. This is my Pinterest board of Recipes to Try - has anybody tried any of them, and care to weigh in?

Of your boards, I've made the salsa chicken. Its good and easy. I prefer to get a Southwest Salsa that has corn and beans in it for that recipe.

Thanks for the input. Also, the ravioli dish looks awesome. D doesn't like ravioli ("too mushy," he says) but I will try that on a night when he's not here. Cause yum.

I just made it this week and it was delicious, and very easy. I just used store bought ravioli for a weeknight. It would be just as good on other pasta I would think.

For anybody wondering, tonight's recipe (the chicken spinach bake) was NOT a hit. I didn't mind it (although I definitely didn't love it, either) but D haaated it. The flavors were just off, idk. Not good.
