How many showings?

We're in the process of selling our house FSBO. We've had plenty of showings, one per day since putting it on the market. I'm wondering if this is typical? It seems like we're constantly leaving for showings. How many showings did you have on your home and how long was it on the market?

We averaged about 2 showings a day. We accepted an offer on day 6. Good luck!

We were on the market 5 weeks and had about 50 showings (including about 20 realtors w or w/o clients on the day of the Dealers Open.) We did a price drop at 3 weeks and it picked back up by then, but we still had viewings scheduled when we dropped the price.

For some odd reason we had more showings during the week than we did on the weekends (with the exception of the 1st 2 weekends.)

I think it's normal to have tons of showings in the beginning. If I see a new listing that interests me, I will make an appointment to view it right away.

I think it's typical. Anytime a new four bedroom house with decent pictures came up in our market there was "gridlock" the first and second nights. We saw a few other buyers multiple times.

We had one showing a week. We had an offer after 5 or 6 showings.

We've had our house on the market for a little over 3 weeks and had 20 showings. We received two offers yesterday and accepted one of them. We are still getting requests for showings but we're declining them unless something happens and our contract falls through.

I think this is pretty market-specific.

We listed our house yesterday morning and had 18 showings during the day (and I know there have been a bunch today as well) and we have two offers in hand so far. However, inventory in our particular neighborhood is really low.
