Every time you post, I find myself watching that sequence over and over. I love that the cat gets revenge!

Re: Dylanite - your sig
I'm thinking that was the last time that kid took a swing at Felix.
I'm also immensely enjoying this one, Dyn. Even moreso on days when the stbx is being a jerkface, because then I can put him in the child's place.
(He was attached by an Aunt's cat when he was around the same age, and has the noggin scars to prove it).
"You don't get to be all puke-face about your kid shooting your undead baby daddy when all you had to do was KEEP HIM IN THE FLUCKING HOUSE, LORI!" - doctorwho
this was how H and I viewed it!
Also, FWIW, we both wholeheartedly agreed that any feline we had would not be in any sort of trouble for doing this to a child. Our or anyone else's.
You know how we do

Hope that works.
Or this if it doesn't.

Totally agree. That child will learn that that behavior is unacceptable ASAP. And I totally support that.
Me too! I showed it to H and he said, "The best thing about that is that the cat's actions were clearly punitive. You can almost hear the cat saying, 'Oh, Hell no.'"
Ditto the second part too, G. Actually, if I were the parent of the child, I'd have to force myself to stay and comfort the kid, because I think my first inclination would be to go after the cat to make sure it was okay.
I mean, honestly, the blow to the cat's head looked much more painful than the tumble the kid took.
Does anybody think that the person recording was doing that because they thought it was funny to see the kid smack the sh*it out of the cat and just happened to get the gold that is this video when the cat hit back this time?
I think that's what disturbs me -- someone thought it was funny to see their kid smack the cat like that.
Man, I hope not. Hard to say, so I'll just assume it's not the case for peace of mind. However if the kid had done it before, I would think the cat would know better than to relax within the sh!t's proximity like that. Of course, that doesn't quite rule out your theory.
I'm telling myself the parents were videotaping the kid and the cat interacting and had no idea the kid was going to do that. I don't want to think that anyone knowingly let their kid hit an animal.
Yeah, that is what I was thinking. The parent is a real loser.
Yours is the siggy I cannot.stop.watching. I want so badly to see what's going on below the waist there. Day-um!!!
