Unlike Taratru I am BEAT!!!

I got home from my ride at 11:30 and I'm still on the couch, still in my cycling clothes. I just downloaded my Garmin data and I climbed over 2,000 feet today! No wonder I feel like death!

Re: Unlike Taratru I am BEAT!!!

  • Holy cow. I need to upload my garmin info from the 5K I just did. Coming from the midwest, I am so not used to these Pennsylvania hills/mountains. I'm tired.

  • I was out for about 90 minutes, lots of hills, & I am alreay sore. Luckily, the kids went to a drop off birthday party right after, so I could veg out on the couch.
  • Just looking at that makes me SO tired.  I know I live in Colorado, but I avoid hills like the plague.  Nice work!!!
