Car vandalized AGAIN - PIP
Yes, another used condom (filled with some orangey liquid). I'm freaked out. The crazy thing is that this is seemingly a "safe" neighborhood.

I have no idea. I don't even know any of the neighbors and I'm usually at work, so it's not like I'm doing something to piss anyone off.
Left my car home yesterday b/c I drove with DH (which is also when it happened the first time), and this is what I see.

No assigned spots. Happened in two different spots. It is just bizarre. It doesn't happen to DH's car.

Me too, though I was thinking cameras. That is vile and concerning from a safety standpoint if it is not happening to any other cars. Please at least talk to your landlord if not the police.
We sent photos to the apartment complex in an email and also called them. They know about both.
I tried to file a police report, but they didn't think they could take a report on it since there was no "damage."

That's what we think it is...we've seen teenage boys sneaking around and snickering before. I even once too photos of them, but they ran off before I could get a good image. However, I guess there's always the off chance there is some pervert out there.
Yes, they said they do. There is a cop who parks in the lot, and I'll be parking next to him now, which is what I had done the first time this happened.
I talked to my apartment just now, and they said it's not just me this is happening to. Not that it makes it better, but hopefully it reduces the chance that it is some pervert stalker. They also want me to file a police report, which I'll have to try to do again after work.

It just sounds like a stupid prank 16 year old boys would find High-lar-eee-ous. I wouldn't move or feel unsafe if that's all that happens. Someone eventually will see the little punks.
I agree since it's happening to multiple cars.
I worked with a woman who kept getting flowers and creepy letters left on her windshield. They had upped security patrols for weeks but it kept happening. It turned out to be one of the security guards. Lets hope that's not the case!
