XP from WC: Whats the best thing you ate this weekend?
Mine's a toss up between my english muffin/tomato/avocado/poached egg combo or the goat cheese mashed potatoes I made with dinner last night (It was Easter, I cheated on the clean eating a little).
You?

Umm that sounds amazing! I would have to say the grilled chicken and tortellini I had on Saturday. So yummy, mmm
Stand up for something you believe in.
We celebrated multiple Easters so there was a LOT of food, but highlights include my Mom's hashbrown potato casserole and homemade "easter pizza": ham, salami, cheese, eggs, all baked in a golden crust. It's a holiday tradition at my in-laws, and I didn't like it that much the first few years. This year? YUM.
We went out for tapas on Friday and one of the dishes was a duck in blackberry sauce and it was amazing.
On Friday night we went to this new seafood place, and I had fried catfish, fries, hush puppies, and a huuuuuge beer. The fish tasted really fresh and I liked the way they breaded it. Twas delicious.
My parents grilled pork tenderloin last night with this chutney sauce that is amazing. It's our go-to for family dinners.
I also had A LOT of chocolate chip cookies.
That looks amazeballs; do your in-laws share this recipe, because I would like to have it?
I feel bad saying this after the beautiful Easter dinner we had, but the Chinese food banquet we had on Saturday night with my parents was delish. We ordered everything we wanted, it was like a Chinese buffet for 4 people and seeing as I haven't had Chinese in months it tasted so darn good. Bonus, we're having the leftovers for dinner tonight!
Best dessert: Peep S'mores
I had banana taquitos - deep fried bananas drizzled with caramel served with vanilla ice cream. NOM
