Sigma brushes: Are the brush kits just as good as individual brushes?

I'm looking at the Sigma travel kit, but not sure if they're as good of quality as the individual brushes.

I've purchased MAC's kits and I do not think they're as good as the individual brush sets.

Just wanted to know your opinions...

eta: Which travel kits do you have?

Re: Sigma brushes: Are the brush kits just as good as individual brushes?

  • TheycalledherKate/Veronabrit did a review on her blog a few months ago and felt that some of the brushes were not full-sized (i.e. the brush head was small for what it was marketed as).  I think the quality is on but the size may not be.
  • Interesting.  I only have the travel kit, so I don't have any other Sigma brushes to compare them to.  I love the brushes, though, and have a feeling that the quality is the same as the regular brushes.  The handles are definitely shorter than the regular brushes, but that makes it easier for me to store them.
  • Which travel kits do you ladies own?
