E1: Couch to 5K Week 4.5 - Day 1 before work
E2: barn work after work

  • B: Total, Grape Nuts & Fiber One w/ banana in skim milk

    L: Turkey, cheese & veggies on ww, broccoli w/ hummus, wagon wheel pasta salad

    S: Apple, cottage cheese

    D: Herb crusted pork tenderloin, sauteed mushrooms, a little leftover macaroni & cheese, roasted asparagus, and skim milk.

    S: Cadbury egg

    E: Zumba

  • B: ww cream of wheat, hot tea

    L: Trader Joe's veggie burger on ww bun w/1 slice provolone cheese & organic ketchup, leftover mac n cheese, green beans

    S1: graham crackers

    S2: Granola bar on the bike

    D: Probably a tofu burrito from my favorite burrito place

    E: 2x10 minute time trial efforts. Easy riding the rest of the time, 90 minutes. Maybe a few sprints  if the intervals don't kill me

  • B: non-fat vanilla greek yogurt w/ granola & banana

    S: orange

    L: salad w/ romaine, cucumber, green peppers, black olives, 2% cheddar & low cal roasted red pepper vinaigrette, an apple, a roll

    S: low fat cottage cheese

    D: turkey tacos w/ lf sour cream, avocado, black beans, lettuce & hot sauce

    E: rest day, helping DH finish up installing our new cabinets and cleaning up the mess!

    L: hummus, feta, lettuce in low-carb wrap (not trying to eat low carb, these are a yummy tomato-basil wrap, and I like them) with raw carrots, bell pepper and cucumber

    S: apple and mini babybel light

    D: tandoori chicken, brown rice, roasted butternut squash (maybe some roasted bell pepper, too)

    S: dark chocolate, and some strawberries if there are any left (I'm making some jam this evening, at DH's request - bought the low-sugar pectin)

     

    E: cross-trainer machine at gym
