Does anyone take medication for their thyroid?
After I had Max last year my thyroid wasn't working correctly and I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I'm taking levothyroxine every day but I'm curious what happens if I miss a dose. Anyone have experience with this?

Re: Does anyone take medication for their thyroid?
I have no idea. Do you have any pharmacist friends you could ask?
I didn't know much about the thyroid until my MIL started having problems with her about 8 years ago. What a PIA. Hopefully you don't have to take it forever.
Just call the pharmacist and ask. They can help you no problem.
My BFF had that same issue after her son was born. Her thyroid recovered though and hasn't had to take meds anymore.
No big deal, thanks though ladies. Hopefully my thyroid can fix itself because I don't love having to take medicine every day just to feel normal. I'm telling you though, your thyroid is amazing and when it doesn't work it jacks your sh*t up!
