Appraisal and Loan Update
For those of you who saw my earlier posts about waiting on the appraisal and worrying because of the bad comps, we got it back this morning and it came in right at purchase price. The bank also informed us that we are officially approved on the loan and we are good to go to closing!!!!! So exciting!
