As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

*SIGH* We are finally under contract
What a nightmare working with our buyers... They don't speak English so their realtor had to call their daughter in another state, who then had to translate everything to them... It took 2 weeks to get the paperwork together for their offer, and then another week and a half of going back and forth until we finally reached an agreement. At one point they even fully backed out and pulled their offer, but I guess that they got wind of us getting another verbal offer yesterday and before we knew it, we had signed documents.
The agreed price is A LOT lower than we hoped, but appraisals in our neighborhood were pretty much going to screw us anyway so I feel that our number is safe as far as that is concerned. We'll still make plenty on the deal though, so no worries there.
Sigh of relief!
