Seller never changed address...
We're still getting mail that belongs to the seller (it's been over a month since we closed). It's getting really annoying because we have to write on the mail that she no longer lives here anymore and take it back out to the mailbox. We don't have a regular mailman either, so telling them one day is pointless because the next day it's someone different. Would you contact your agent to get into contact with hers to get her to change her address or just let it go? Some of this stuff looks important and I feel bad if it's not getting to her.

We've lived in five different apartments the seven years we've been married, and let me tell you, it takes a lonooog time to transfer mail to a new address, even if you've covered all your bases prior to moving. It may be that the sellers updated their address after the billing cycle for their mail, or maybe they forgot to update some agencies. It will be a good six months before it stops showing up in your mailbox.
We've lived at this apartment for three and a half years now, and we still get mail from previous tenants. I just write "return to sender, not at this address" and drop it off in the mailbox. It gets tedious.
I would contact the agent if it seems like there is a LOT of regular mail coming to you guys. But if it's just random stuff here and there, just write on it and toss it back in the mailbox.

Ditto PP's. We've gotten some random mail for the previous owner since we closed (over 6 months ago) and write Not At This Address on everything. (At times, it was a bunch, and a few times it looked important.)
We just got a letter in the mail from the previous owner thanking us for forwarding everything that had slipped through the cracks. So I know he did do the change of address -- stuff just gets through.
A month really isn't that long, and change of address forms can take awhile to take effect. When I moved out of my mom's house, it took several months for the bill companies to "get the memo" about my new address. She still gets a lot of junk mail addressed to me over there. Luckily my mom is local, so I can just stop by to pick up my mail if necessary.
I've been in my apartment since 2008, and I still get a few pieces of mail for past tenants. Some things are very important (think Superior Court summons) and some are junk mail. I just write "Not at this address" and stick it back in the mailbox for the carrier to pick up. It's really not that big of a deal and only takes a few minutes at most to do.
