Someone apparently had their water heater set to high!
I wonder what the full story is? I guess she could have been so high that it interfered with her ability to feel/control the temperature of the bath. That's really pretty scary.

My guess would be that she got in the water when the tub was filling up but was too high to either 1. Feel the scalding temperature or 2. Adjust the temperature.
I imagine her getting into the tub, stoned, passing out thus making it impossible for her to adjust the water temperature. Although...with this theory, the tub would have over flowed. I guess it doesn't say anything about that?
