Healthy Family Meals Website?

Hi, I'm trying to wean my family from processed foods. I'm going to start making and freezing some homemade and wholesome snacks instead of buying the prepackaged stuff. But I'm struggling with finding ideas for wholesome meal ideas. There's only so many nights I can feed them baked chicken with brown rice and steamed broccoli before they revolt.

And good websites out there for healthy meal ideas. Not necessarily low fat, low carb, anything like that. Just whole, healthy foods.

  • Try skinnytaste.com.  I have tried several recipes from that site and it hasn't failed me yet!

Ditto. I have a few recipes in my blog. Also Iowa Girl Eats, Clean Eating Machines, allrecipes.com.

  • I also get a lot of good stuff from 365 days of Slow Cooking (I'm including my favorite recipe from the site but it's generally whole foods, slow cooking without cream of whatever soups etc.)

I also love annies-eats and Pink Parsley and honestly, I get a lot of easy healthy meals from Better Homes and Garden.

    Edited to make clickies work.

  • Besides some of the ones listed above, I go to EatingWell.com.  They have some good meals on there.  I also like the Cook This, Not that cookbook series.  DH has loved everything in there, and most dinners are under 500 calories.

I love Eat This Not That for restaurants and stuff. So helpful.

I've never used the Eat This Not That before.  I should look into it though, thanks!
