As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Aw man... J crew mess-up

The "we'll find it for you" found the khaki Minnies for me, so last night I checked the UPS tracking. I was like, wow, they will be here in 2 days!  Then I look and see they are going to FL. Presumably my mom's house.... even though that is not the last place I had something shipped to, and I confirmed with the guy on the phone that it's going to the billing address in CA.   Now it's going to cost money for my mom to forward it to me.  What a pain!  If it were somewhere like Shopbop I know they'd give me a code or $25 off or something.... but j crew... let's take bets on what they will (or won't) do... ha!

  • Eh, I've had good luck with Jcrew CS, so I say they'll give you at least a free shipping code for next time!

  • This exact same thing happened to me (they sent an item to my mom's house instead of mine).  I called CS and they actually had UPS reroute the package to me.  It took a bit longer to get here but it was no extra charge.
