Clinique dark spot corrector?
I read through a couple of pages and didn't see any previous post about it. Has anyone used it? I started breaking out after going off BCP and have a few spots so I'd really like to get rid of them or at the very least fade them a little. Any other suggestions if no one here has used it? I'd like to keep it around the same price, $50, if not cheaper.

Re: Clinique dark spot corrector?
I haven't used it, but my mom has, and she said it worked really well.
ETA: It removed sun spots for her; she's never had issues with acne.
I think Veronika might have had a blog post about this that kind of raved about it, too.
If it works the way I've heard, I think it might be my next beauty purchase. I'm still pushing back against that $50 price tag, though...

Are these (Clinique, Kiehl's) for sun spots, or can it be for old scars on your face? I had a lip wax a month ago, the wax peeled some of my skin on my upper lip. While it has faded considerably (due to consistent Neosporin use), it's still noticeable to me.
Would one of these products work for this issue?
Neither... I would try mederma for that type of issue or plain old vitamin e oil. The dark spot corrector and the like are more for hyperpigmentation issues due to sun spots and/or ance scars.

I had just one spot but it was dark and noticeable, on my temple, about the size of a pencil eraser.
I used Clinique until the bottle ran out (for a year) as a spot treatment - it did not make any difference.
Then I decided to try Phylosophy (sp?) Miracle Worker spot corrector before going under laser... it's been 3.5 months and I can hardly see the spot anymore, and I don't even remember to apply the treatment daily!
