Running with ear infection
I found out on Saturday I have a ear/sinus infection that has been kicking my butt. I'm finally feeling like I have enough energy to run, but I'm still feeling pressure and pain in my ear, and a really tight cough. Should I hold out another day to see if I feel better, or should I just suck it up and get out there? I have not been this sick in years, and this is the first time I've been sick since I started running consistently. I hate that I've taken off this much time (it's been over a week since I last ran), and I'm afraid I'm losing whatever ground I've gained back in the last couple weeks since joining a 5K training group.
