Help me shoe shop!
I bought this dress for my sister's shower tomorrow. I bought a periwinkle (?) cardigan to go with it that matches the stripes in the dress. I don't have shoes to go with it.
Please help me find something. 
I'm thinking some sort of sandal / strappy shoe. Nothing with too high of a heel. I have a Kohl's, Target, or Payless close by, but you could just post a pic of a style you think would look cute from wherever and I could probably find something similar.
