Putting aside the obvious offensiveness in "her own" vs " having to adopt" - do parents who adopt not raise their kids? That's news to me....
Genius! Instead of responding to the content of the comment (that was super easy to respond to), we should attack this woman for being a Lesbian and adopting children.
I totally see why that's a reasonable response.

Because adopting kids ? then raising them ? is really easy. They?re like Chia pets: you just go to Walmart, pick one or two up, water them once in a while and they grow into amazing things.

NCRM is a website that is upset about Donohue's comments. So they helpfully explained why people who adopt kids don't really have to raise them like Ann Romney did.

This is particularly offensive because Catholic Charities is one of the largest (if not largest) adoption agency in the country.

For the record, denoucing. Adopting kids is just as valid/worthwhile/important/whatever as birthing them. Probably more so.
