Brazil Butt
Hello there, I usually hang out on the Pets board, but I just recently decided to get off my rear and purchase an infomercial workout program so I thought I'd share over here 
. I decided to go with the Brazil Buttlift. DH and I have P90X and while he enjoys doing it, it never lasts with him, and I only have 3 workouts on there that I enjoy. So my Brazil kit came in today, and I just finished the first cardio workout called "Bum Bum". I am sweating! My goodness, I am out of shape, but it's easy and fun and even though I'm not doing the moves to the fullest right now it's still giving me a great workout. We'll see how the next 60 days proceeds. Wish me luck!
Has anyone else used this workout set? I love doing workout videos at home, and I really love that it has the workout schedule already set up for you.
