Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just registered
for my first 5K that I'm going to run in and not walk. EEEEKKKK! Its in August.

I sooo want to do this. I fell off the C25K at week 6. I need to hope back on the train! Maybe I should sign up for one and that can motivate me too!

Walking buddy and I are starting it on Monday!
Diffidently! I'm running it with a group of Nesties from my local board and my walking buddy ( who I later found out was a nestie too, crazy stuff).
Diffidently, huh? Lol. SoCal is sold out & has been for awhile. Sads. There is talk of adding a second date so we'll see.
