Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

This woman at my gym...
wore high waisted spandex (think Mom jeans but in spandex), with high top sneakers, BRIGHT pink lipstick, and a sweatband to Zumba class.
Whats worse, she was probably about my age (late 20's/early 30s). I could barely concentrate on class since I was focusing so much on not peeing myself.

Me either, but I think it is being encouraged by the mass amounts of neon at the gym lately.
