Scottsdale?

DH and I are planning a 5-day trip to Scottsdale AZ. I am looking for some terrific restaurant recs, sightseeing, shopping, etc. ideas. We plan to spend the majority of our time relaxing at the pool (this is a sans-kid trip) but of course need to go eat and take in some culture at some point!

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.
