I am looking for a good night cream. My skin tends to be dry and turn red and break out. I find my skin looks better when I don't wash it the inight before bed AND thr next morning. Which is a problem for makeup, so I haven't been wearing any. My skin is most calm days old.
With my sensitive skin and allergies I tend to avoid fragrance.
Just tried Benefit Total Moisture facial cream and LOVE how it feels but the scent is sooo strong! My sinuses are tight and I have taken allergy meds today. I used a lot of my Sephora points for this delux sample because of the great reviews for sensitive skin and a majority said no scent to light scent. This is the strongest scent have smelled. As soon as I walked in the room my husband asked why I smelled like an Abercrombie store.
Any recommendations for a good hydrating night cream that isn't too greasy? I currently use Dior hydra life products. I'm not necessarily trying to stay in that price range but I may be looking to downgrade or switch at least the moisturizer since it is so expensive for a bottle that lasts about a month for results that are not as good anymore. I'm finding I have to use the serum on my cheeks instead of just under my eyes. Love the serum and a bottle lasts a little under a year so I don't mind how pricey it is.
Re: Night cream- need suggestions
Have you seen a dermatologist about the skin sensitivity issues?
I LOVE Neova Night Therapy. Neova is a brand sold by dermatologists and it contains copper peptides, which are scientifially proven to help heal wounds. I've found this night cream to help immensely with redness and irritation on my face, clearing it up very quickly.
I have redness too and actually never thought of using a night cream to relieve it. I thought it was just natural skin irritation that I could do nothing about. I recently have done some work with Eucerin and tried their Redness Relief Soothing Night Creme. Let me tell you, I'll never go back to doing nothing again. It's fragrance-free, oil-free and non-comedogenic so it sounds like it might work for your sensitive skin. Hope this helps!
