I don't remember Bush being this animated when reading to kids.
To be fair, Bush was reading to children whilst in the middle of his revenge scheme with Saddam Hussein and planning his surprise face for when the secret service informed him that the charges he had carefully placed in the towers imploded as planned.
He had a lot on his plate.
