Planned eating/exercise for Saturday
I don't know if you ladies do this on the weekends (and if you do, I'm sorry if I'm stealing someone's post!). Trying to be more "active" on this board because y'all are a great inspiration, and because I need to do a better job of holding myself accountable to what I'm eating and how often I'm exercising! Especially on the weekends... 
E: 35 mins strength training; 4 mi run
B: Chocolate protein shake; coffee w/ h&h and sugar
L: avocado, turkey, red pepper, greens and balsamic on ww tortilla; orange
S: apple w/ natural pb; raspberry Fage yogurt
sirloin steak w/ small russet potato and side salad

You don't want to know how I eat on the weekends.
When you burn 1200+ calories/workout, it's pretty much whatever I want. It started last night with chocolate chocolate chip ice cream and will end tomorrow with "farm to bike" energy bars.
Sat.: 2.75 hour moderate mountain bike ride including a flat tire.
Sunday: 45-50 mile road ride with some hard efforts
