Cancun? Book transfer from airport to hotel before?
I went through travelocity and could have sworn I booked the transfer from the airport to the resort but it's not showing up in my reservation so it must not have gone through?
Anyway, never been to Cancun before and want to have it figured out beforehand. Hotel would have done it for free if I had booked through them but I did not so...
Any recommendations?

We have only stayed in the Hotel Zone so never needed a car. We used Cancun Shuttle each time we have been there and when we got married there a few years ago, we used them to pick up our wedding guests from the airport too. Their service is great and rates are pretty good.

We have always used USA Transfers - no complaints.
Tripadvisor's cancun board should give you some more info if you are looking for other recs - that's where I found the rec for USA Transfers.

I just booked our roundtrip transfer via USA Transfers based on all of the TripAdvisor recommendations when this same question is asked on their forums. Website is informative and it took me only a few minutes to fill out the reservation form.
Of course, I won't use them until next month, but so far, so good based strictly on their website.
