Want to give me some tips? I broke down and joined last night after another unsuccessful week of weight loss attempts.
Stand up for something you believe in.

Re: WW Ladies
I told Mary I joined last night as well. I could use the tips as well!
Just a suggestion regarding your plateau- perhaps you are miscalculating your calories. I didn't realize at first that MFP doesnt always calculate calories burned to your weight so I started using http://www.zumbacalories.com/ and http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
Just a thought!
Yeah, I actually use a heart rate monitor and track that way, so I don't think it is the MFP issue. I am doing WW for 4 months because I have a definite suspicion that this is actually a metabolism issue related to the course of medication I was on last summer/ fall/ winter, but I know my dr's response is going to be that I should use an assisted weight loss program unless I do this first.

I've been doing WW for about 5 weeks. I had lost 5 lbs but thanks to Wendy's two days in a row after scuba class last week I gained 3 back.
I really like it, though. I try to use the scanner app on my phone to check out everything I want to buy at the store to see if I am making a bad choice, and I really try to stay accountable. I've also tried recipes on the website and several of them are really good. The key for me is finding low point snacks so I feel like I get to eat a lot of food. Lots of fruits and veggies, sugar free pudding or popcorn, for example.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
