NFBR: Anyone seen a table like this?
Figured since you guys are in the stores a lot you may be able to help me out. I'm currently looking for a new accent table and I love THIS one from World Market, but I want it in a darker wood.
I see a very similar one on West Elm, but it's lighter wood too. Anyone seen anything similar in a darker stain?
Here's the West Elm one since I can't get the other to PIP:

Other recs welcome - only criteria is that I want something round and wooden, under $300.
TIA!

Re: NFBR: Anyone seen a table like this?
Not that similar but round, wooden and interesting like the one you picked:

I can't vouch for the website though.
Not wooden, but pretty cool regardless:

I would, but it's so intricate with all the little cutouts that it would be a total PITA to get the stain even. I've stained furniture before, but not with the detailing like that.
That PB one caught my eye yesterday. I need to see it in person. The other two are nice, but they don't really go with our other furniture styles.
Does anyone remember Pearl of The East? It was an Asian store in the mall that sold all kinds of furniture and accessories.
Do you have a Chinatown or Asian section in your town? You might find something similar and darker.
Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!
I don't think we have a place like that here. Does that look Asian though b/c that's definitely not the feel of the rest of our furniture so I could be going the completely wrong route. I was thinking more Moroccan like. The rest of our furniture is kind of like this
Most of it is from Nadeau Homes and a place called Celadon in Charleston that don't have pics online unfortunately. It's all dark, but not espresso - kind of like this Pottery Barn cabinet.
Gah! I hate when I try to find something specific and I can't find it.
I think the table you pictured would work well in either theme. Moroccan, yes - it also just made me think of like... Indonesia and southern Asia.
