I posted this on the D&R board, but figured I would ask here too. Does anyone have a corner sink in their kitchen? We are considering moving our sink to the corner when we remodel our kitchen. We can't put any kind of corner cabinet in that space because that's where post of the plumbing is, so it makes sense to have the sink there instead. We would then gain an extra cabinet because of the shift.
Basically it would look something like this, with the window in basically the same location as well: http://tinyurl.com/73wgf89
If you do have one, do you like it?

Re: corner sink?
Kate's Recipe Box || Relatively Bookish
This is my thinking, plus we just figured out that with the sink in the corner we gain about 20" of extra cabinet space, which may not seem like a lot, but when we look at the size and number of cabinets we can have with the corner it is to us.
Also, here is a shot of our kitchen: http://tinyurl.com/dyxmkzg

It won't move very far by shifting to the corner. Then there would be a 15" cabinet to the right of the sink, and then the dishwasher.
