New gym = new, fast running time for me!
I decided to try a new gym tonight. My runs had not been going very smoothly, and I felt like it was WAY to hot in my gym.
I went to the YMCA tonight. It was super nice, and not too hot! It was nice and cool actually!
Ran a 5k in 33 min! New best time! THREE minutes less than normal!
