...to project "Let's Make Healthy My B*tch" I just wanted to share a little progress update. This pin was my original inspiration for this; make it through 12 weeks and see where you're at...

In 12 weeks I've lost 35lbs (approx. 11% of my starting body weight); lost 3" off my bust, 5" off my waist, 4" off my hips and 1 1/2" off of each of my legs and arms. Over the weekend I bought pants 2 sizes smaller than the current lowest size I have and jogged for the first time in my life in my new running shoes.
I wanted to say thank you to you ladies who are all so supportive; this change has been far from easy and I still have a long, long way to go but you all inspire me so much every day with the way you each handle your own personal struggles and I admire and appreciate each of you.
A little photo AW too...
Start (on New Year's Eve)

Thanks ladies, I am really happy. I've never gotten to this point before and not given up...for the first time what lies ahead of me seems completely attainable as opposed to utterly daunting.
