The little cat really wanted me to get up when Derek left this morning, or at the very least stay awake and keep petting her. She was crawling all over me, licking my face and my hands. What a weirdo.
Last night after dinner we started installing the blind corner unit in the kitchen. Only to get the crazy, cramped, Derek-had-to-squeeze-into-the-cabinet work and realize that we need to put a piece of material across the back of the door, so we need to move everything back by 5/8". We decided that was a job for Future Derek and Future Andrea.
Today should be a busy day for me. I've got a lot of things I want to get accomplished, including a trip out to Ikea and the specialty bra shop. But first I'm waiting on UPS with my diaper bag. Oh what a thrilling life I live. Until UPS guy gets here, I'm going to craft some nursery art I saw on Pinterest.

Today I need to finish up yesterday's laundry, do yoga, and drop off a carpet book Ed borrowed for a project he's doing at work. Then I plan to hang out on the deck and read since it is a much more reasonable temperature.

Hello ladies! Another tired day for me. Jetlag and a sick, coughing husband ? a good night of sleep. I'm hoping for better tonight.
DH also just had some very surprising and interesting news at work, so I'm very curious to hear more of the details when I get home. I should call my mom and respond to some emails as well. In general, a quiet and fairly boring, but typical, night.

Good morning! Quiet night last night--I went home, had a quick dinner, and then did some edits for the website. I'm trying to do a fair amount so that a) there's enough to post while we're away and b) I don't feel guilty for not doing any edits while I'm away. I feel way more passionately about the website than I do about my real job. :P~
After Josh got home from work, we sat around talking about the Pulitzer Prize non-award for fiction. Sorry, book nerd alert.: We're both really kind of pissed! We thought the nominees were head-scratchers, but also thought that consensus could've been reached.
Today I need to do some housekeeping at work to prepare for being away. And apparently make sure my leasing office knows that no, I'm not in the process of moving out and do not have to turn in my parking tags (especially since we signed a two-year lease!).

Good morning. Last night was a pretty quiet evening. I cooked dinner and then made some banana bread. Kyle has caught a cold so he spent most of the evening on the couch. It gave us a chance to watch some of the shows on our DVR.
Tonight should be another quiet night. I need to start doing some housework to prep for company this weekend.
Last night was great. When I got home DH had already strarted dinner so I helped him finish it up and then went outside and practiced baseball with Jordan. After dinner Jordan wanted to practice more and Preston wanted to play with the dog so we went back out and stayed out until it got dark. It was nice to have a day outside with my kiddos and the hubby. After the boys went to bed DH and I watched about 6 shows on the dvr haha.
It is a rainy today and we have our fingers crossed it stops about lunch so we can play ball tonight. It will be a busy night tonight but I am looking foward to the game since Jordan has really been practicing.

I had a rough night last night. Either stress or the antibiotics or both gave me a belly ache last night, plus allergies or something are kicking my butt. I can't breathe out of one side of my head and I have a persistent tickle in the back of my throat that won't go away. I spent a couple of hours on the couch last night so Jim could go to sleep. I crawled back in bed about 3:30.
I'm sitting a home now doing a little 'work' before we head to the RE's office for our financial consult (the source of the stress) and a repeat HSG this morning.
On the positive side, I was motivated to do some blogging last night, so I took advantage and got three posts scheduled.

Lastnight was crazy. I got home, and the boys (yes including DH), had trashed the house. I tried not to be upset, but as it was I could barely pull in the driveway since DH didn't pick up the toys that they played with outside. Anyhow I still put a smile on my face and picked up, gave lots of hugs, started a load of laundry. Thankfully, DH did night 3 of bedtime routine so I could finish getting the boys things together for DC. I finally put my feet up around 7:30, and it was heavenly.
I tried to go to bed early, but my cold is still kicking my butt. If I didn't look stupid I would still be walking around at work today with tissues hanging out of my nose. Ugh.
Anyhow, back to the grind. Have a great day ladies.

Last night was fairly low key, we ran some errands and picked a few small things up at the grocery store then headed home. By the time I got home it was to late for a workout so I made a homemade pizza and we watched a little TV.
I'm hoping for a quite workday today, I'd really like to get online and get some ideas for my nephew's Angry Bird themed birthday party I'm helping my sister with. Tonight I really need to get in a good workout, I'm feeling like a hippo after all the crap I ate this weekend.

Last night we had family pictures taken, I can't wait to see them. I think I have a problem, I love pictures and will use any excuse to take H to get them done. Oh well, at least it's something I can always treasure. After that we headed home, H got a bath and a bottle and was out. I decided to leave my iPad in the kitchen so I wouldn't be so tempted to sit up and read for another hour or so. Good thing I crashed out early because H woke up at 2:30. She hasn't done that in forever. It was supposed to be J's night but of course I ended up doing the feeding, changing and putting her back to sleep. So of course I'm exhausted today. Yuck!
Tonight is our monthly bunco group. About 1/2 of the people can't come so I'm hoping that makes it a quick night and I can just go home and veg out or try to get to bed early. It's also super rainy and gross here today so I'm sure that is contributing to wanting to just head home and be lazy. I'm going to try to have a good attitude all day though, we'll see how that goes! ha! Have a good day ladies!
