I found the Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk has 0 grams sugar, but is it any good?
The other flavors are lower in sugar than regular milk, but if this tastes just as good, then I figured that would save my sugar intake even more.
So is it any good?
TIA
Re: Almond milk? Yay or Nay
I LOOOOVE unsweetened vanilla almond milk. And at only 40 cals, it's a win-win. I am not sure I would sit down with a frosty glass of it alone, but it's perfect for cereal and smoothies. I find that my fruit and protein powder are plenty sweet enough, and in cereal, the flavor of whatever you are eating makes it taste almost like real milk.
