Well, this has worked out spectacularly! I haven't been so relieved since Erin got deep sixed. Also, Erin was so gracious, it was very nice.
ETA: Sorry, that was unclear. I was glad that CeeLo's Erin went home, and I was impressed with the graciousness of Blake's Erin.
Ashley and Raelynn went home.
I was bummed about Ashley. She was my favorite on Christina's team. I guess I don't know why everyone else hates her?
You could tell Blake REALLY didn't want to send Raelynn home. He was really struggling with it. But, her song was terrible... Erin out sang her to the max and I'm not even an Erin fan - I feel like she played the pity card early on and won in the battle rounds because of that.
Jermaine was my favorite on Team Blake... so happy he was America's save.
Oh Blake, I was so worried you would pick your little country girl, I am so happy you finally made the right choice! Tonight was her worst performance yet, and that's a high bar. Ugh.
I think Christina made the right choice too. Based only on tonight's performances, I thought Lindsay was better. I do think Ashley has much improved since the beginning of the show and I absolutely loved her performance last night.
I was so freaking happy Chris and Jermaine were America's choices. I know a lot of you on here don't like Chris but I think he has such an amazing voice. I was shocked America chose him though, but I am happy they did! I also figured America would save RaeLynn so thankfully I was wrong about that!
Very happy with tonight's results. I have to say, I was actually shocked both nights this week and that usually doesn't happen on this show!
