Yoga DVDs

Hi! I'm a total lurker, but I'm looking for some Yoga DVDs recommendations. I know it's been asked before, but I couldn't find the previous posts. I have Jillian Michaels Yoga DVD, but I was wanting a couple more to add to my collection. Thanks!

Re: Yoga DVDs

  • Not a video, but I really, really like yogisanonymous.com. There are a few free classes streaming live daily, and a small collection of free videos, or you can pay a monthly (or weekly) fee and get unlimited on-demand videos.

For videos, Baron Baptiste is good (thought they look outdated) and Shiva Rae as well.

  • I like my Sara Ivanhoe DVDs. She's softspoken, the music isn't annoying, and the ones I have are 20-minute workouts that target different areas (core, legs, etc.) so I can do more than one at a time and not feel like any single muscle group is overworked.
  • I like the biggest losers yoga for weight loss and Bethenny Frankles.
