As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Another house appraisal post <--GREAT news!
Just got the document that the house we are trying to buy just appraised for $9,000 more than we are purchasing it for! Wahoo! I was mildly nervous because there were 3 recent foreclosures in the area.
Sooo excited! Now we are just waiting on a paystub exemption since my H is beginning a new job.
Like the previous appraisal post, I just want May 4th to get here!
