Happy Hump Day!

Good morning ladies! How is everyone this morning?

Last night was pretty uneventful which was nice after the stressful day I had at work. I did a 60 min treadmill workout, made some delicious chicken tacos, and started the 5th Sookie Stackhouse book.

I'm hoping for a low key day at work today after some major drama yesterday. The weather is supposed to be really nice today so I'm hoping to go for a walk outside tonight and then we're going to grill up some steaks.

Re: Happy Hump Day!

  • I wish I had the motivation you do with working out.

Also I am sorry you had to deal with drama yesterday but very glad to know I am not the only one with drama lately. The last two weeks have felt like high school all over again.

  • @Crystal

I just wish my motivation would pay off better. I've been getting on the treadmill 4-5 times a week, doing some arm weights, as well as some floor exercises like push ups and sit ups and I've only lost 2lbs in 2 1/2 months! Crying

I've also been eating plain Greek yogurt for breakfast and salads for lunch damn near every day. So frustrating!!

Sorry you had drama too, I just don't get people sometimes. Hope you have a better day!

  • That is my problem. I don't loose weight fast like some people. I did the 30 day shred and lost 2 pounds. I ate super healthy and everything. I was like flop on that haha I will eat my hamburger and enjoy it. It seems like when I try I just gain weight or barely loose it, but when I don't deprive myself I will loose a little or at least stay around the same.
