? for those who use retin-A (or tretinion)
My derm prescribed tretinoin (retin-A) to treat discolorations on my face. I used it 2 years ago to treat pregnancy-induced acne (after I was no longer pregant of course) and I remember the awful breakouts that I had when I started using it (and I still have some scars).
I currently only have occasional breakouts and am worried that the retin-A will cause abreakouts when I start on it (and mostly I'm worried about the scarring, which takes months if not years for it to go away).
Did anyone breakout when they started using it for wrinkles or discoloration treatment?
