Vitex for hormonal acne?
I recently went off the pill and am having some hormonal acne breakouts, meaning that they are located mostly on my cheeks and jawline and are more frequent near my period.
I went to the dermatologist and she gave me a topical prescription which just made it worse. So, I was reading about "natural" remedies and came across Vitex (chasteberry) supplements. FWIW, my cycles have been messed up since stopping the pill....any thoughts or experiences with this?? Thanks!

I started taking it recently to see if I could extend my super short cycles. I haven't taken it long enough to know if it is working. I haven't noticed any side effects with it.
