Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My body hates me.
I've been sick for nearly two weeks now. Sinusitis and bronchitis can kiss my foot! For the last few days, I was feeling a bit better. I decided to go to my cross fit class at the gym. Not a good idea.
Not only does my entire body hurt from class, but now I'm coughing and feeling like asss again. Yay, me! I'm going to bed early tonight.
