Doing a push up with the exercise ball is hard!!
I am doing the strength plan from Run like a Mother. One of the exercises is to do a push up with your feet on an exercise ball. Umm. Yeah.. I'm gonna need some more core work outs. Or end up with a dent in my forehead.

It is! It's part of my strength routine. When I first started I could only do 8, I'm over 20 now.
It's even harder to do with your hands on the ball (which is what I have to do right after the other workout).
My core workout includes leaning on the ball while on my knees and rolling out until my legs are straight. It feels easy for the first few seconds and then suddenly starts to kill.
I attempted this. Note the attempted part. Crazy burn. LOL
