    Do not ever forget to put your sports bra in your gym bag again. Ever. C25K Week 4, Day 2 + DDDs + regular underwire bra = ouch.

    Dear cholesterol,

    LDL, you better be down. HDL, you better be up. We have a test on Monday and we better pass it with flying colors. You've failed the past two tests. Your buddy, triglycerides, got the hint 6 months ago and is now in check. This is our one year mark and if you don't fix yourself, they'll try to make me medicate you and I really don't want to do that.

  • Dear office,

    Can you please just organize, pack and move everything for me?  I've been getting in early, staying late, etc and I have had zero energy for my mid-week runs.  Next Friday can't come fast enough.  Oh, then once we're in the new space, please unpack yourself as well.
