Officially on the market 2/20
First showing was either 2/21 or 2/23? - Then there was a (seemingly) long break of nothing (for about a week), then a flurry of activity
First offer was 3/8, we accepted after some back-and-forth with the buyers
Not sold yet but under contract and in the process...

How many days was your house on the market before:
you got your first showing? About a week
you got your first offer? About 4 months
you sold your house? We are under contract now and set to close 5/23
you got your first showing? Less than a week.
you got your first offer? About 5.5 months.
you sold your house? Still waiting to close - next month, hopefully.
How many days was your house on the market before:
you got your first showing? 3 days
you got your first offer? 10 days (we had a total of 4 offers over the course)
you sold your house? 84 days give or take a few. We should close in early June should everything else go as planned.
We listed our house yesterday and had three (!!!) showings in the afternoon/early evening, and I think we've had calls for a few more showings on Saturday. DH is fielding those calls since I'm OOT right now, so I'm not sure exactly when/how many.
Our realtor got a call that someone was writing up their offer, so we haven't officially had one yet, but are expecting one today or tomorrow. We're going ahead with an open house on Sunday since the postcards were already mailed, so we may or may not accept this potential offer.
Haven't sold yet, but we're hoping for a late May/early June closing. We're looking at houses on Saturday so we can hopefully nail down that timeline.
