There is hope! (Short sale related)
I've been watching the board lately and I know the wait time on short sales has been coming up a lot lately. Well, we got word today that our offer was approved! The offer was at the bank for 4 weeks. We are scheduled to close at the beginning of June! And this is welcome news, as we had a financing scare at the beginning of the week that we were able to sort out rather quickly.
Just trying to give you all some hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Congrats on such wonderful news!
We're at 6 weeks and counting, but the bank has stated that they will make a decision before our contract expires on May 2. So we're hoping for some good news soon!
